Delivery & Shipping

Products are delivered free of charge to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order. Maison Mookah cannot be held responsible for address entry errors.

Processing times: All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days).

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5 to 12 business days.
  • Europe & France: 7 to 15 working days. (Includes: France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria).
  • Canada & Switzerland: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Asia: 10 to 15 working days. (Includes: Singapore, Malaysia).

Customs fees:

  • European Union & USA: No additional taxes are expected upon delivery.
  • Switzerland, Canada & Asia: Customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the local carrier. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
